Fruits are a fantastic breakfast, an excellent snack, and even an amazing side dish – they are tasty and great for our health.
However, some fruits are rich in sorbitol, the so-called natural sugar alcohol, and the body has some trouble digesting it. Among the fruits that will give you gas, you can find peaches, prunes, apples, and pears, for example.
