In these situations, it is advisable to get up a little, drink a glass of water, listen to a relaxing music, read a few pages of a book, among other calmer and relaxing activities, and only then – when the eyelids are heavier, you must lie down again.
This is the best way to tell your body that the bed is for sleep and not for the mind to think about other things.
