#7 – Working in Bed

Who hasn’t had the need to work at home after hours? Almost everyone, but mostly freelancers who have flexible hours yet tight deadlines. It is true that we have all been through this and it is quite tempting to take the laptop and do your work tasks in bed.

However, this habit is not recommended. If you have a stressful work at hand, then the body will have a hard time associating the bed with a place of rest and relaxation. On the contrary, it will be a place of tension and worry that will condition your beauty sleep.

Use your bed only for what it was designed for: to sleep and rest.
