#3 – Going to Bed Hungry

If going to bed on a full stomach is not a good policy for a good night’s sleep, going to bed on an empty stomach is not either. Your body will not be satiated because it has nothing in the stomach that can be digested and will always be asking for food!

This is one of the main causes for aging and sleep problems. Sometimes the urge to eat is such that you even dream of food, but this is just a manifestation of your subconscious.

Always eat a balanced meal at night and do not sleep while hungry (being hungry is quite different from being greedy and wanting to eat sweets or crackers before bedtime!) because this is an impediment to having a great night’s rest.
