Still in relation to the previous point: what is the best way for you to avoid a sedentary lifestyle? The answer is obvious: Do regular exercise. But as you find yourself working from home, you need to move to get the benefits of exercise. We recommend the following exercises:
Take regular breaks and short walks around the house – there are several benefits of walking when you are working at home, one of which is to reduce the risk of having a heart attack, among other types of heart problems.
Get up from the chair for about three minutes every 30 minutes of work to do a neck massage, for example.
Stretch legs, arms, neck and other areas of your body when sitting. You can also do wrist exercises or eye exercises for a greater sense of relaxation.
Use a medicine ball to exercise your muscles and correct sitting posture.
Use conveyor tables that allow you to work standing up, for example.
