#5 – Persistent or Severe Vomiting
One of the main symptoms of stomach flu is vomiting, but normally, the vomiting shouldn’t last more than two days.
Make sure to call a doctor or go to the ER in case you cannot retain liquids for more than a day, you have a fever beyond 104 F, you are vomiting blood, or the vomiting won’t stop after 48 hours.
