#3 – Condom allergy
Allergy to latex does not exclude latex condoms.
Latex allergies are triggered by the latex particles in products you come in direct contact with such as latex gloves, balloons, and, of course, condoms.
Latex allergy is also airborne as it can occur through the inhalation of latex particles.
If you experience itchiness, rashes or hives soon after intercourse, you may be allergic to the condom you are using and its ingredients. You can be allergic to any type of condom, however, allergy to latex condoms is the most common one.
See your doctor soon as they may recommend antihistamines to treat symptoms of condom allergy.
