#2 – Alcohol
As we’ve mentioned, alcohol is a drug whose consumption must be moderated. You don’t need to be considered an alcoholic to see it affect your long-term health.
Excessive alcohol consumption can seriously damage the liver (the fifth cause of death in developed countries) and central nervous system; disturb cerebral circulation; and, among other things, increase infant mortality (alcoholism of parents leads to the birth of unhealthy offspring with congenital diseases)
