7. Reduce your caffeine intake gradually

People who are addicted to drugs don’t just give up on drugs overnight – they reduce their doses gradually. The same goes for prescribed meds and many other things that people decide to quit.

If you usually drink four cups of coffee a day, try to drink only three for one week, and then two the next week, until you reach zero. Your body will adjust gradually and you won’t experience the feelings of withdrawal with such intensity.
