After monitoring adults who eat one apple a day to compare them to the ones who don’t, researchers from the University of Michigan & Dartmouth found that those who eat more apples had more healthy habits, yet, they found no link between eating an apple every day and seeing the doctor less often.
So it was concluded that a daily apple can actually keep the pharmacist away rather than the doctor since people who eat apples tend to use a minimum of medical prescriptions.
