#3 – You Notice Changes On Your Skin

When men reach the age of fifty, their likelihood of developing skin is double as for women – but why does this happen? According to studies, men are usually more exposed to the sun than women and are also less concerned about using sunscreen.

Being exposed to the sun without any care is one of the things that could be on the list of what causes cancer, and since men have less hair around the years and the scalp, two areas where cancer is more prone to develop, this also constitutes a bigger risk.

Also, men go to the doctor less frequently than women and therefore are more unlikely to catch a weird mole earlier on. How to get checked for cancer?

Change that attitude. Going to the doctor might seem frightening sometimes but what is really scary is developing a life-threatening disease just because you refused to be vigilant with your health.
