There is a lot of awareness when it comes to women breast cancer, about how to observe and feel their breasts, but maybe there is not enough information about how men should check their testicles for irregularities.
If the size of your testicles change – either it’s one or both – or if they just feel heavy or lumpy, these could be early signs of cancer, testicular cancer in this case.
Prevention of cancer usually can be done by doing self-examinations as much as you possibly can, so pay attention to your body. This type of cancer is common among young and middle-aged men.
