#5 – Mercury Poisoning
Seafood isn’t as healthy as you may think, especially if you eat a lot of tuna, yellowtail, lobster, sea bass, Bluefin, or other big ocean fish, which can cause some horrible symptoms related to mercury poisoning.
Moreover, people with mercury poisoning can develop irritability and tremors, tingling and numbness, muscle weakness, and memory problems. In fact, there’s a certain amount of mercury in every fish, but big fish (which are frequently used in sashimi and sushi rolls) tend to contain the largest quantities of mercury.
