When doing facial peels or going for a waxing session, we’re always alerted to the fact that we shouldn’t have any creams or substance in our faces and body. Most times, you can’t even have a simple deodorant on.
The same happens with Retin-A. When used before or after a waxing or peeling sessions, it can leave you with severe allergies, discoloration, redness, and even scars.
If you’re going to wax or do a peel, don’t use products containing Retin-A for at least one day before the waxing. After the waxing or peeling, wait for two days minimum until you start applying these products again.
