During the day, we touch different parts of our bodies and for various reasons—most of the time, unconsciously.
However, there are certain parts of the body that you should not touch if you want to keep it healthy.
This is not to say that your whole-body health could be affected if you touch certain parts of your body; instead, it is to say that certain parts could suffer some problems.
