Ironically enough, your phone can keep you up at night and put you to sleep at the same time!

Sleep apps are a thing nowadays because not only do they provide guides to meditation, breathing and relaxation programs to help you sleep faster, but they also track your sleep patterns and habits, and produce relaxing sounds or music that help relieve stress.

There are plenty of good sleep apps that are compatible with Android smartphones and iOS smartphones. If you’re planning to use them, switch into “night mode” option to block out the wavelength of blue light that may prevent sleep.
