3. Bathroom towels

Towles in public bathrooms are crawling with a variety of microbes, thanks to the many hands using them and to the fact that they are often damp and warm and rarely washed, making them the perfect spot for these harmful microorganisms to grow and spread.

Use dispensable paper towels whenever you visit the bathroom and disinfect your hands properly. Do not, at any cost, touch your face, rub your eyes, or scratch your scalp.
